Xolo A500S is a middle end Android smartphone released in August 2013.It is a dual-sim phone with a primary camera of 5 megapixels.
It is a Hdpi phone i.e it has a resolution of 320×480 pixels.The display is 4 inches and it is capacitive touchscreen display.It supports upto 5 points of multitouch and not more than that.The RAM is 512MB and the internal memory is 4GB.The thing to be noted in Xolo A500S is that it uses a outdated chipset,MTK 6572w.The processor is a 1.2Ghz dual core processor.Although the specifications of Xolo A500S are good,some would like to flash a ClockworkMod recovery or anyother and they would like to use a highly customized rom with no bloat applications.

Instructions :

• Download and install Framaroot 1.6.0 from the above link.
• Connect the USB cable to the computer and enable “USB Mass storage”.Copy the application to the root of the SD-card.
• Install the application in your Xolo A500S.Open the application
• Now the on-screen instructions must be followed.The below three options will appear on the phone

1. Install SuperSu
2. Install SuperUser
3. Unroot

• Select “Install SuperSU“.On the next screen,it will ask for a method to exploit your phone which should be done.Select “Borimor” which is the exploiting method.
• Now the below notification will appear if everything goes right.Reboot your phone.

• On the app drawer,you will see the SuperSU application.Use any other application from the playstore to verify the root access.
